ROAM Electrics was born when Lindsay wanted a mountain bike that could keep up with Justin so that they could enjoy riding together.  In Justin’s research, he felt that creating customizable bikes for all lifestyles was priced out of reach for many and lacked elements of design that he believed could enhance the rider’s experience. He wanted to build bikes for avid and experienced riders, beginners, families, seniors, and everyone in between. ROAM Electrics has done just that.  By introducing and designing the Cargo, Climber and Cruiser eBike models, ROAM Electrics has something for everyone.

Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order letting you know that it was successfully received and is processing.

Bike orders are currently taking up to 1-2 weeks to ship due to safety precautions being taken during COVID-19 and an increase in shipping time with our carriers.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.  The freight company will then call the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.  Customers are required to be present at their delivery appointment to sign for their bike.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.  Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling with all returns.  Items must be in original packaging including box, in new condition and free from dirt, scratches, and tire wear.  Must include all items including charger, keys, and batteries.  Refunds will be made after the bike is received and inspected.  Once the inspection is complete, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Warranty ROAM Electrics warranty is good for the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase.  ROAM Electrics warranty pertains to any of the essential electric bicycle components that are found defective; provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner, and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions manual. Essential components include the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, and display console.  Warranty does not apply to the tire, spokes, brakes, rims, and other mechanical components of the bicycle.

If a defective part is found during the warranty period, the seller will repair or replace the part based on his sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed by any third party.  It is agreed that this warranty applies only to the cost of repair or replacement of the product and its accessories and the seller is not liable for any financial loss and/or prevention of profit and/or any consequential loss that may be caused by non-standard usage of the product.

 

Liability

We hereby inform the buyer that ROAM Electrics is not responsible for any possible damage including bodily harm and damage to property.  ROAM Electrics is not responsible for any liability that may occur which could possibly apply to the product and/or its user due to the usage of the product and that the customer alone is solely responsible for third party insurance and/or other insurance as may be required by the nature of this particular product. 

 

Maintenance

As with all bikes, these bikes require maintenance.  An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.  We recommend a yearly tuneup with a knowledgeable eBike mechanic where they will conduct a brake flush, check out your tires, oil the chain and be sure she is in tip top shape for your adventures.
