WE ARE ROAM.

ROAMing has been a part of Justin’s soul since he was a young age.  When others asked him what he wanted to do when he grew up he’d either say a sheepherder in New Zealand or “my own boss.”  Justin’s dream of encouraging others to get out and ROAM began 20 years ago on the North Shore of Hawaii when he entered an entrepreneurship contest with a business named ROAM and has been determined to create a space to grow this desire in others since that time.   

Justin has successfully made his childhood dreams come true and has been a sheep herder in New Zealand, is his own boss, and has now created another company named ROAM encouraging a more fulfilled life for its customers.    He is also a successful photographer for National Geographic, Canon, and ESPN.  He owns and operates a  travel company where he takes teenagers all over the world teaching them history while emphasizing and building moral character.  Justin owns multiple small businesses that all stem in ROAMing the world.

Lindsay is an adventurer at heart.  She is an educator with a Master of Education  Degree in Leadership.  She enthusiastically supports (and organizes) Justin’s drive to create and see the world.  Justin and Lindsay have four awesome children and live nestled in the beautiful mountains of Utah.  

While Justin is the heart of ROAM Electrics, Lindsay is the face as she represents every ROAM Electrics fan, follower, and customer.  ROAM Electrics was born when Lindsay wanted a mountain bike that could keep up with Justin so that they could enjoy riding together.  In Justin’s research, he felt that creating customizable bikes for all lifestyles was priced out of reach for many and lacked elements of design that he felt could enhance the rider’s experience.  He wanted to build bikes for avid and experienced riders, beginners, families, seniors, and everyone in between.
